I. WHAT COOKIES ARE AND APPLICABLE LAW
Cookies are small files that a website downloads to your device to store or retrieve information about your browsing. This Policy also applies to similar technologies, such as browser local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). Their use is governed by article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), by the GDPR and by the Guide on the use of cookies of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (updated in July 2023). This English version is provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.
Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you request are exempt from consent; all others are only set if you accept them in advance, expressly and specifically.
In short: this Website does not use its own advertising cookies. It uses technical local storage to work and, only if you accept it, first-party audience measurement without cookies and the Google Maps map, which sets third-party cookies. According to the Spanish Data Protection Agency's Guide, cookies are classified as follows:
- By the entity that manages them: first-party (sent from a device or domain managed by the website owner) and third-party (sent from a device or domain managed by another entity).
- By purpose: technical or necessary; preference or personalisation; analytics or measurement; and behavioural advertising or marketing.
- By duration: session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) and persistent cookies (kept for the period set by the party responsible for them).
- By technology: HTTP cookies and other browser storage mechanisms, such as localStorage or sessionStorage, to which the same rules apply.
II. FIRST-PARTY COOKIES AND STORAGE
ACG Inmobiliaria uses technical, encrypted local storage, exempt from consent, to remember your choice in the cookie panel, the language and the visual theme (light or dark) you select, and to keep authorised staff signed in to the management panel. This information is not shared with third parties or used for profiling.
III. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES: GOOGLE MAPS
The interactive map on the home page, which shows the location of our office and of the properties, is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Google LLC may set or read cookies on your device, such as NID, and receive your IP address, browser and device data and the page from which you access it.
According to the information published by Google, these cookies are used to remember preferences, ensure security, produce statistics and personalise and measure advertising. For that reason, ACG Inmobiliaria classifies them as "marketing / third-party functional" cookies and only loads the map if you accept them. Google processes that data as an independent controller under its own policies:
- Provider: Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (third parties).
- Category: marketing / third-party functional. Requires your prior consent.
- Purpose: to display the interactive map with the location of the office and of the properties; Google may also use the information for security, analytics and ad personalisation.
- Duration: NID, up to six (6) months; other cookies, according to Google's policy.
- International transfers: Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795).
- If you do not accept these cookies, the map is not loaded and we offer you a link to open the location directly in Google Maps.
- The map in the valuation form uses OpenStreetMap and CARTO tiles. It does not set cookies but, like any web resource, their servers receive your IP address in order to display the map.

IV. SOCIAL NETWORKS AND THIRD-PARTY POLICIES
The Website does not embed social network plugins: it only contains links to our profiles on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Those platforms do not set cookies through the Website; they will only do so if you click the link and visit them.
When you visit those services, or when you agree to load Google Maps, each provider acts as an independent controller and applies its own policies. These are the only third parties we work with and their cookie policies:

V. HOW TO ACCEPT, REJECT, WITHDRAW AND DELETE COOKIES
On your first visit, the cookie panel lets you accept all cookies, reject optional ones or configure them by category; accepting and rejecting are presented at the same level and with the same ease. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (article 7(3) GDPR), using the "Cookie settings" button in the footer. We will keep your choice for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months; after that period, or if the cookies or their purposes change substantially, we will ask for your consent again.
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage from your browser: Google Chrome (Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies and Site data); Mozilla Firefox (Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Data); Safari on macOS (Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data); Safari on iPhone and iPad (Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data); Microsoft Edge (Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data); and Opera (Settings > Privacy & security > Third-party cookies). The exact location of these options may vary depending on the browser version. If you block all cookies, some Website features may not be available.
